Privacy notice

Fat Agent LLC builds software for independent insurance agents and agencies. This notice covers fatagent.com, including demo requests and the contact form (the site). It does not cover information you put inside the Fat Agent app after you have an account.

The site is hosted in the United States.

Information you give us

If you request a demo or use the contact form, we receive what you submit. That can include your name, phone number, email address, agency name, and the message you send.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our vendors receive technical information such as your browser, device, pages viewed, and the rough location that comes from your IP address. Cookies and similar tools do that work. The details are in the cookie policy.

How we use it

• To answer you and schedule a demo you asked for.
• To operate the site and the contact form.
• To measure traffic and advertise, using the tools listed in the cookie policy.
• To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.

Who receives it

We share information only as needed to do those things:

• The systems that host the site and deliver form messages.
• Vendors that measure traffic and advertising on the production site, as listed in the cookie policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the request. When we no longer need them, we delete them or strip the details that identify you.

Children

This site is for insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Your requests

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. Use the contact form. We will not ask you to email a personal inbox.

Changes

When this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. The new version applies from that date.
